The embedded wireless WiFi4 router PCB board is a versatile mobile internet solution for IoT and industrial applications requiring low data traffic and robust wireless connectivity. This compact board features a mini PCI-e slot for CAT1–CAT6 mobile modem and dual SIM card slots, enabling seamless cellular failover and global 3G/4G mobile carrier support. The features and specifications below are based on the latest EZEN3X-V3.1 version PCB board.

Powered by Qualcomm Atheros QC9531 SoC, the EZEN3X-V3.1 embedded board is 120×97 mm compact and suitable for building outdoor and indoor 4G WiFi routers, as shown below.

The Mini PCIe, short for Mini PCI Express, slot is a standard express card female connector interface on embedded router boards. It is much smaller than standard PCI slots, providing USB signaling in a single connector. The mini PCI-e slot supports standard 3G/4G modem modules, enabling mobile internet connectivity on the WiFi4 SIM card router. Below are the CAT 1/4/6 modems used on the EZEN3X-powered series routers.
The 4G-LTE SIM card router integrates below common CAT4 LTE modems. The specific 3G/4G band support and working area vary depending on the modem. Contact us to customize the modem if the bands or the geographic regions do not cover your band or location.
